Research Innovations Inc. (RII) in Melbourne, FL seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead cybersecurity program teams in support of customer missions.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage schedules, costs, and performance, and drive mission-focused outcomes in a dynamic defense environment. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with potential upgrade to TS/SCI, and travel to the Washington, DC area and other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Over eight years of experience as a program manager, leading fast-paced cybersecurity software development contracts with meaningful customer mission impact.
• Delivered complex programs with innovative solutions and demonstrated ability to interface with government customers and program teams.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity, CNO development, and OCO domains; proven ability to lead proposal activities and grow programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of program teams in support of customer missions.
• Pursue and develop on-program growth and new efforts with customers, including business development and proposal management.
• Use cybersecurity program experience to establish and implement program plans, drive execution, and ensure meaningful mission-focused deliveries.
• Manage requirements, schedule, and cost to deliver on-time, within-budget performance of all program aspects.
• Lead proposal efforts for new opportunities, including color team reviews and cost-volume validation.
