Job summary

Parsons is seeking a seasoned Cyber Product Manager with a strong Offensive Cyber Operations background to join our growing team. You will drive development, delivery, and sustainment of mission-critical cyber capabilities for national defense missions.

You will partner with Product Owners, cyber operators, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate complex technical solutions into fielded capabilities, leveraging SAFe Agile practices and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a STEM field with ~12+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in cyber operations.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required.
• Experience with exploitation frameworks and offensive cyber techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems.
• Lead backlog refinement and translate features into actionable user stories.
• Drive PI execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders to align capability delivery with objectives.
• Collaborate with designers/engineers to deliver multi-platform applications.
