Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years total experience preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience within the last 10 years.
• 3+ years of manpower planning and staffing experience in similar programs.
• 3+ years of contract performance monitoring and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large cybersecurity team delivering cyber forensics capabilities.
• Serve as primary Parsons-Government customer interface and lead relationships.
• Ensure high-quality program execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, task execution, priorities, schedules, and overall program health.
• Partner with subject matter experts to maximize team effectiveness and mission impact.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development for team members.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the program.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Position the team and program for sustained success and growth.
