Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of discovery with Orrick’s eDiscovery and Litigation Support team.
• Assist in deposition and hearing preparation, motion drafting, and mediation statements.
• Work directly with clients and support the busy Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex disputes across verticals.
