Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research abilities.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cyber/privacy/data innovation litigation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of discovery with support from the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.
• Participate in deposition and hearing preparation, motion drafting, and mediation statements.
• Handle other common civil litigation tasks and direct client interaction.
