Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity policy or related DoD programs.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and writing executive-level policy documents.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171/800-172 and RMF.
• Understanding of 5G telecom policy and supply chain risk management.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, CMMC, cross-domain solutions, and secure data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Brief senior leaders and write executive-level policy documents, white papers, strategy memos, and recommendations.
• Develop, analyze, or implement cyber policy for DoD organizations, preferably at HQ, Joint Staff, OSD, or DoD CIO levels.
• Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into policy guidance for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with NIST frameworks and DoD directives in policy development.
• Collaborate with CIO offices and high-level organizations to support policy decisions.
