EY is seeking a Senior Consultant on the Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) team to lead client engagements and define security requirements for data protection solutions. You will manage teams, develop data security strategies, and implement encryption, governance, and lifecycle processes across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience; graduate degree with 3–5 years are acceptable.
• Experience integrating data protection software into client environments.
• Understanding of encryption, data lifecycle, data classification, governance, and security policy creation.
• Experience with data discovery tools and data governance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions and develop data protection policies.
• Lead engagement teams and manage cybersecurity projects for multiple clients.
• Implement encryption, data disposition, tokenization, anonymization and key management strategies.
• Advise on data governance, roadmap, operating models and standards.
• Travel up to 40–60% as needed to meet client needs.
