EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Data Protection & Privacy to lead data security engagements for diverse clients. You will define requirements, develop governance policies, and implement encryption and PKI strategies across client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 3–5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of encryption, data disposition, data classification, and governance.
• Understanding of data lifecycle and data governance concepts.
• Experience integrating encryption and security tools into client infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions and develop related policies.
• Lead teams and drive data security strategy across client engagements.
• Implement and advise on data security products and solutions (encryption, PKI, data governance).
• Manage risk, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout engagements.
• Travel up to 40–60% to meet client needs.
