Job summary

Travel up to 40-60% is expected; a strong background in data protection architectures and related tools will enable delivering robust security solutions across engagements. EY offers hybrid, client-facing roles in a global practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 3-5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software into clients' infrastructure and applications.
• Knowledge of general security concepts and methods such as encryption, data disposition, data classification, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures, and governance.
• Basic understanding of data lifecycle and data disposal techniques including tokenization, encryption, anonymization, and deletion.
• Travel willingness up to 40-60% and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions and develop related processes.
• Develop data security policies and governance aligned with client needs.
• Identify, protect, and manage the most critical data throughout its lifecycle.
• Lead encryption strategy, program governance, and implementation of data security technologies.
• Implement and advise on multiple data security products and solutions listed in the job description.
