Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Data Protection & Privacy to lead client engagements and guide data security initiatives. You will shape technical and business requirements, drive data protection strategies, and oversee governance programs across client data lifecycles.

You will work with EY's Advanced Security Centers to implement encryption, PKI, and data governance capabilities, helping clients protect their most critical data and ensure resilient business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with 3-5 years.
• 3-5 years of technical architecture experience with data protection software.
• Knowledge of encryption, data disposition, data classification, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions.
• Develop data security strategies and governance programs.
• Identify, protect, and manage data across its lifecycle.
• Implement encryption, PKI, and data governance tools for clients.
• Advise on data disposition, tokenization, anonymization, and secure deletion.
