Job summary

Malama Kai Technologies is seeking a Key Personnel Senior Cyber Operations Planner to support cyberspace operations planning and integration for a sensitive Department of Defense or Intelligence Community program.

You will provide planning, synchronization, and operational integration for cyberspace operations, synthesize cyber capabilities into broader multi-domain operational designs, and develop cyber courses of action.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive, professional experience in intelligence analysis or related fields.
• At least six years must pertain to the labor category, with remaining experience in related areas.
• Ability to support cyber operations planning and integration independently.
• Familiar with Title 10/50 authorities and related approval processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, synchronization, and operational integration support for cyberspace operations.
• Synthesize cyberspace operations capabilities into multi-domain designs.
• Conduct technical cyber capability pairing assessments for tools, accesses, and delivery mechanisms.
• Apply operational planning methods to develop cyber courses of action.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to TTP advancement.
