Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions seeks a seasoned Cyber Operations Trainer to support Joint Staff J7 and deployable training teams in Suffolk, VA. The role focuses on observing, training, and providing feedback to commanders and staffs during joint exercises and missions.

You will guide cyber operations planning at theater and national levels, mentor fellow OTs, and develop after-action reports and lessons learned for ongoing operations and future capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with significant professional/military operational experience in cyber operations.
• Experience planning cyber operations at theater operational and national strategic levels.
• Ability to write and prepare After Action Reports and lessons learned material.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation, training, and feedback to Joint Force Commanders and staffs during joint and multinational exercises.
• Plan and integrate cyber operations planning across warfighting functions and domains.
• Mentor, train, and support new Observers Trainers (OTs).
• Develop FAAR, ESR, CFR, IAAR, and post-event debriefs, and contribute to JLLIS.
• Support seminars for national defense education programs (e.g., PINNACLE, CAPSTONE, KEYSTONE).
• Travel worldwide up to 25% as required.
