Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Expert-level experience in cyber operations across deployment, risk and strategy management, and network analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deploy, and support cyber operations in complex operational environments.
• Conduct research across multiple sources to identify, assess, and synthesize data supporting cyber operations.
• Gather and analyze target information to develop effective approaches for cyber operations.
• Conduct network analysis and exploitation activities in support of operational requirements.
• Evaluate collected information to identify opportunities, gaps, risks, and areas requiring additional collection or analysis.
• Develop and implement approaches for improving cyber operations based on findings.
• Support risk and strategy management, including identifying operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and evaluate collection activities to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Produce high-quality cyber operations products, including assessments and reports.
• Develop and deliver operational briefings to technical teams, leadership, and customers.
• Conduct outreach and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
