Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented professionals to join our team as Cyber Operational Planners to support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of full-spectrum cyber operations for DoD and federal clients. This role requires senior-level experience, a high-security clearance, and the ability to work across joint planning environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Cyberspace Joint Operation Planner with BA/BS, or 8 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with PhD, or 16 years of experience in lieu of degree with HS.
• Knowledge of the JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats and guidance.
• JPME II or CJCS-equivalent joint operations planning education; substitutions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for development of Plans, CONOPs, COAs, TTPs and other related documents for cyber operations.
• Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelons; advise on planning compliance.
• Develop plans and orders using JOPP and APEX milestones for missions and exercises.
• Provide input to briefings, transitions to execution, and coordination of joint operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans.
• Develop/integrate cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, operation, and crisis action plans.
• Address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and adapt planning as cyberspace evolves.
• Contribute to exercise scenarios and planning documents to support priorities; participate in JPGs/OPGs.
