Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support mission-critical Navy programs and DoD cybersecurity operations in Philadelphia.

You will administer and secure enterprise IT systems, monitor servers, and deploy tools for NSWCPD and NAVSEA SEA21, ensuring compliance with security standards and collaborating with engineering teams to maintain operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 10+ years IT experience or 7+ years with relevant engineering/computer science background
• Experience supporting DoD/Navy programs (NSWCPD, NAVSEA SEA21)
• CSWF/IAT level certifications aligned with DoD standards

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure enterprise IT systems and networks
• Support development and deployment of tools for NSWCPD and NAVSEA SEA21 programs
• Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, including web and file servers
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with DoD standards
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to support operational readiness
