Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in accounting or auditing with 24 semester hours in accounting
• CPA or CIA certification or substantial coursework with demonstrated accounting knowledge
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain security clearance
• Top Secret clearance with SCI access; Special Sensitive/High Risk may be required
• Detailed disclosure and ethics requirements apply

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of performance, cybersecurity/IT audits per GAGAS
• Develop multi-year audit plans aligned with IT risk assessments
• Provide advisory services to senior leadership on audit findings and corrective actions
• Oversee CAR process to promote effectiveness in programs and operations
