Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Joint Intelligence Analysis & Production Lead embedded within the USCYBERCOM J2 Directorate. This senior analytic authority will uphold production standards and act as the bridge between Peraton quality commitments and the government's analytic mission.

The role requires extensive all-source intelligence experience, TS/SCI with Poly, and deep familiarity with ICD 203 and DIA Style Manual guidelines. A Master’s degree is preferred and leadership experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or lead analytic role.
• Bachelor's degree required in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Must have TS/SCI with Poly.
• Expert-level QA/QC methodologies for intelligence production.
• DoD 8140 IN-111 Advanced Proficiency Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides top-level quality review for all JIOC/JOC analytic products before dissemination.
• Ensures compliance with ICD 203 analytic standards across all production activities.
• Enforces DIA Style Manual standards for formatting, sourcing, and tradecraft.
• Evaluates production trends to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyzes production timelines, error rates, relevance, actionability, and accuracy for improvements.
• Develops growth paths for team members based on performance data and mission needs.
• Delivers specialized training on analytic tradecraft and production standards.
• Coordinates with J2 leadership to align production priorities with operational requirements.
