Job summary

RPMGlobal seeks a senior joint target intelligence analyst to support USCYBERCOM staffs through target-system analysis, development, and combat assessment. You will produce target-system analyses, electronic folders, graphics, and collaboration with Combatant Commands and IC partners.

The role requires independent work, rigorous research, and the ability to defend analytic judgments, with knowledge of JP 3-60/3-12 and ICD 203/206/208/209. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct rigorous research and evaluate multiple information sources.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly in written products and briefings.
• Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Knowledge of joint targeting processes and JP 3-60 and 3-12.

Responsibilities

• Conduct target-system analysis, joint target development, target-list management, combat assessment, and support to dynamic targeting.
• Produce target-system analyses, electronic target folders, target graphics, and battle damage assessments.
• Coordinate joint target intelligence across command components, Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, and IC partners.
• Submit all-source intelligence production requirements, requests for information, and intelligence report evaluations; recommend joint target intelligence policy improvements.
• Use intelligence automation tools including National Production Workshop, MARS, MAVEN, WARPATH, JCC2, and JTT-CP.
• Apply ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209 tradecraft standards.
• Develop training materials and provide on-the-job training; support enterprise standardization, exercise coordination, and readiness.
• Prepare and coordinate staff packages, respond to intelligence requests, and provide subject-matter expertise in operational planning meetings, working groups, and targeting boards.
