Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst to support USCYBERCOM J2X at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves conducting all-source CI analysis, identifying threats, and producing analytical products to inform CI concepts, plans, and strategies.

The position requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a poly, extensive CI experience, and deep knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines. Strong communication skills and a track record in CI tradecraft are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly
• 12+ years w/o a degree or 10+ with AS/AA or 8+ with BS/BA or 3 years with PhD
• Experience maintaining databases and repositories
• Experience supporting CI risk assessments and supply chain risk assessments
• Prior CI agent or CI support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military service equivalent
• Background in CI missions: espionage/terrorism/insider threat; DCIP; RDA support
• Experience with CI collection, investigations, or operations
• Familiarity with foreign intelligence collection methods and CI countermeasures
• Knowledge of DoD CI oversight requirements and analytical tradecraft standards

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source CI analysis across CI functions to identify trends, gaps, and leads
• Assess foreign intelligence intent and capabilities to warn and inform US interests
• Identify threats from emerging technologies impacting U.S. operations
• Produce CI studies and analytical products to support RFIs
• Inform development of CI concepts, procedures, and strategies from an analytical perspective
• Adhere to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards
• Prepare briefings for foreign visitors and traveling personnel
• Ensure teams stay informed on CI product status and disposition
• Author and maintain operating instructions for command-wide programs
