Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Chicago seeks a Senior Cyber Broker to act as a trusted advisor to clients and to lead the design, marketing, and placement of complex cyber insurance programs. You will deliver strategic guidance on cyber risk transfer and work closely with clients and markets to secure optimal coverage.

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of cyber insurance products, market dynamics, and emerging threats, while mentoring teammates and driving growth for the FINEX practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-10+ years of cyber insurance broking, underwriting, or related financial lines.
• Strong knowledge of cyber insurance products, policy language, and market practices.
• Experience placing cyber programs and negotiating with insurers.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• P&C license or ability to obtain one on hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cyber insurance and related financial risks.
• Lead client discussions on exposure analysis, market conditions, and renewal strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Design, market, and place cyber programs across industries; negotiate terms and pricing.
• Review policies and provide detailed coverage analyses and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to market leadership initiatives.
