WTW is seeking a Senior Cyber Broker within its FINEX practice to act as a trusted advisor, facilitating design, marketing, and placement of complex cyber insurance programs. You will liaise between clients and insurance markets, delivering strategic risk transfer solutions and technical expertise in a fast-evolving marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–10+ years of cyber insurance broking, underwriting, or related financial lines disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of cyber insurance products, coverage forms, policy language, and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cyber insurance and related financial lines risks.
• Lead client discussions on exposure analysis, market conditions, and renewal strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while leading new business opportunities.
• Deliver proactive, consultative guidance and exceptional client service.
