• Enrich IOCs using threat intel platforms and OSINT resources.
• Prepare concise triage reports with actionable recommendations.
• Route tickets to appropriate teams and coordinate with partners.
• Maintain documentation in ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
• Support development of triage playbooks and SOPs.
