Accenture Federal Services is seeking a CTOC Incident Manager to oversee the Incident Management program and lead the response to cybersecurity incidents across the lifecycle. You will coordinate with internal and external leaders, legal teams, and stakeholders to protect infrastructure and data for government clients.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, training, and on-call duties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in incident response/SOC or 5+ years in cybersecurity, DoD 8570 IAT

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field with 3+ years in Incident Response/ SOC or 5+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in operational environments
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 or DoD 8140 compliant certification
• Must obtain Microsoft SC-200 within 6 months of hire
• Experience with incident response processes, SOPs, Playbooks and cyber TTPs
• 2+ years of technical report writing and strong writing skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee incident management program, processes, and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate response to cybersecurity incidents across lifecycle: detection, analysis, containment, eradication, remediation, recovery.
• Coordinate with internal/external leadership, legal teams, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, Engineering, Legal, and business units for coordinated response.
• Monitor security systems (SIEM) and other tools to detect/respond to threats.
• Conduct in-depth threat analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform post-incident reviews and document findings for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and report to leadership.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to SOC staff; mentor junior members.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve incident response efficiency.
