Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Cyber Security GRC Engineer to strengthen governance and risk management across enterprise systems. You will automate compliance workflows, build dashboards, and drive data-driven security decisions.

The role requires expertise in NIST/ISO frameworks, audits, and cloud-native security within a manufacturing-oriented environment. Applicants should have 10+ years in information security risk management and a strong ability to collaborate across teams while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity standards NIST, ISO 27001/28000, SOC and privacy frameworks.
• Over 10 years in information security risk management and audits (CMMC/ISO).
• Experience with security compliance, vulnerability scanning, and observability tech.
• Cloud-native capabilities and OT/safety-critical tech knowledge.
• Security practices for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to earn trust and foster inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Automate compliance workflows for audits and continuous monitoring.
• Create GRC dashboards integrating data from observability tools.
• Measure controls effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Identify automatable processes and develop automated GRC solutions.
• Support risk assessments identifying threats and vulnerabilities.
• Support policies aligned with security frameworks and regulations.
