The candidate will hold an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and bring 15+ years in cyber engineering, 10+ in PM, with relevant certifications and DoD exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years in cyber engineering and cyberspace test & evaluation.
• 10+ years in project management for technical teams.
• 10+ years in analysis, assessment, and testing of cyber capabilities.
• 10+ years evaluating sensor performance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and PM of cyber engineering initiatives aligned with DoW modernization.
• Manage complex timelines and resources for cyber test and evaluation (T&E) portfolios.
• Lead the analysis, assessment, and demonstration of innovative cyber capabilities.
• Design and execute testing for offensive and defensive cyber technologies.
• Support the research and integration of emerging technologies into the force's cyber architecture.
• Evaluate sensor system performance and operational feasibility.
• Provide expert recommendations on system risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DoD directives and maintain rigorous documentation.
