AMERICAN SYSTEMS seeks a lead test engineer with extensive DoW cybersecurity experience to lead a small cyber team within the DTE&A office. The role focuses on test and evaluation, policy development, and collaboration with DoW programs to deliver rapid, effective warfighter capability.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's (Masters preferred) in engineering or cyber, with TS/SCI clearance and SAP experience, and will work from the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, alongside Pentagon
Wanted: A lead test engineer with extensive experience DoW systems cybersecurity issues, certifications, and test and evaluation (T&E) processes. This position combines technical requirements with leadership and management of a small cyber team. The office for Developmental Test, Evaluation, and Assessment (DTE&A) is part of the Department of War's Research and Engineering (R&E) organization and develops developmental test policy and best practices and engages with acquisition programs to collaborate on effective test strategies and execution. Located at the Mark Center in Alexandria, the team works with Pentagon stakeholders, service PEOs, and individual programs to facilitate fast, effective delivery of capability to the warfighter.
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $165,000.00/Yr. - USD $195,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
