Job summary

Deloitte in Suffolk, VA is seeking a PROJECT - Security Engineer III within the Cyber Engineering team to provide programmatic, technical, and cybersecurity support for Navy IT transformation across multiple projects, helping secure success.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, technical, and cybersecurity support to Navy IT transformation and integration efforts across multiple projects.
• Conduct strategic assessments, requirements and gap analysis, readiness and risk evaluations, and operational transition planning.
• Partner with engineering, acquisition, and operational teams to translate mission needs into actionable requirements and practical solution approaches.
• Support operational cybersecurity activities, including vulnerability analysis, POA&M remediation planning, and cyber risk resolution.
• Serve as a liaison to Navy stakeholders to support integration, issue resolution, and mission-focused delivery.
