Job summary
Cydecor, a premier Federal Government solutions provider, seeks a Lead Cyber Engineer to deliver senior technical leadership for Navy cybersecurity, systems engineering, and IT modernization initiatives. You will oversee engineering teams, translate mission requirements into secure, scalable solutions, and ensure RMF compliance across multiple task orders.
The role requires 8+ years in DoD systems, an active TS clearance, and experience with DoD standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting DoD/Navy systems.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with RMF and DoD cybersecurity standards.
- Experience installing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise information systems.
- Strong leadership and program management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical authority for cybersecurity and systems integration.
- Lead planning, execution, and oversight across engineering workstreams.
- Oversee deployment and sustainment of enterprise information systems and secure networks.
- Mentor engineers and ensure technical quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate with Government leads and stakeholders.
