Job summary

Cydecor, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cyber Engineer to provide senior technical leadership supporting Navy cybersecurity, systems engineering, and IT modernization. You will direct engineering teams and ensure RMF compliance across multiple task orders.

You bring 8+ years of DoD experience, Navy platforms familiarity, DoD cyber policies, STIGs, and an active Top Secret clearance. The role is primarily on-site in Norfolk, VA with wide cross-program collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting the operation and sustainment of major DoD systems.
• Experience with a major U.S. Navy platform or comparable DoD enterprise environment.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong systems engineering and network architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for cybersecurity engineering and systems integration.
• Lead planning, execution, and oversight across engineering workstreams.
• Direct engineering teams delivering enterprise information systems for Navy operations.
• Lead efforts in requirements analysis, architecture, design, CM, deployment, and training.
• Oversee installation, integration, and sustainment of enterprise IT and secure networks.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with Government leads.
