Job summary

Integer Technologies seeks a Lead Cyber Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership across Navy-relevant cyber-physical systems, focusing on the resilience of naval power and energy systems. Based in Tallahassee, FL, this role collaborates with CAPS at FSU and Navy sponsors to advance secure power infrastructure.

The position requires DoD clearance readiness, strong leadership, and expertise in AI/ML anomaly detection, modeling, simulation, and dynamic defense concepts for embedded

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen eligible for DoD secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s with 6+ years in cybersecurity, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading cyber-physical systems research including modeling, simulation, cyber risk assessment, vulnerability analysis, or dynamic defense concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across cyber-physical R&D for Navy-relevant power systems, guiding modeling, risk analysis, and defense studies.
• Lead research into dynamic cyber defense methods and Zero Trust Architecture for embedded control systems.
• Drive AI/ML-based anomaly detection research for embedded systems and integrate into modeling and testing workflows.
• Coordinate with CAPS and Navy sponsors; plan experiments, share modeling/simulation work, and support proposals and sponsorship engagement.
