Job summary

Integer Technologies is seeking a Cyber-Physical Systems Engineering Manager in Tallahassee, FL, reporting to the Director of Cyber Engineering. You will lead multi-year Navy-funded cyber-physical research programs, advancing zero-trust architecture and resilience for naval power systems, while coordinating with CAPS and university partners.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive research execution, and shape technical proposals to meet sponsor milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline with 5–8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading multi-year cyber research programs and NAVY-funded initiatives.
• Strong background in cyber-physical systems, power systems, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber-physical system modeling, cyber risk analysis, and dynamic cyber defense research for Navy-relevant power systems.
• Direct AI/ML based anomaly detection research for embedded systems.
• Manage integration of university research into power system security workflows.
• Oversee bench-scale experiments, digital modeling environments, and field demonstrations to validate resilience methods.
• Provide engineering leadership including direction, scheduling, and sponsor coordination.
• Lead technology transitions and collaboration with Navy and industry partners.
• Contribute to business development through proposal content and sponsor relationships.
