Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking a Claims Consultant to join our Cyber - E&O team in a hybrid arrangement across multiple U.S. offices (New York City, Chicago, Plymouth, Boston, Canton, Anaheim, Irvine, Denver).

The role handles highly complex claims through investigation, evaluation and disposition, often involving litigation. You will determine coverage, exposure and settlements with high authority levels and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• JD may be required depending on the business unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve complex, highly specialized claims.
• Determine coverage, liability and damages for complex claims.
• Manage settlement processes and reserve adequacy.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources including attorneys.
