Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security monitoring, security engineering, or security analytics.
• 10+ years of experience leading cybersecurity managed-services delivery, SOC operations, or transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for assigned clients, including SLA performance and data protection.
• Translate threat intelligence into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting; expand coverage for known and novel threats.
• Set and execute roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization, cloud migrations, and SOAR capabilities.
• Lead managers and analysts across onshore and offshore teams; oversee performance, escalation, and incident remediation.
• Own engagement financial performance and governance, including margin, utilization, forecasting, and client relationships.
