Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) in Cyber Detect and Respond to own delivery, strategy, and financial performance of managed SOC engagements. You will lead teams onshore and offshore to address complex cybersecurity challenges, aligning with Deloitte's Secure.Vigilant.Resilient. framework.

The role requires 10+ years in security monitoring/ SOC delivery, a Bachelor's degree, and travel up to 50%. Immigration sponsorship may be available in certain cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security monitoring, security engineering, or security analytics.
• 10+ years leading cybersecurity managed-services delivery or SOC/detection and response programs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for assigned clients, including SLAs and data protection.
• Translate threat intelligence into detection logic, use cases, and response playbooks.
• Set and execute roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams' performance, development, and incident response.
• Own engagement financial performance, including margin, staffing, forecasting, and client relationships.
