Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Cyber Risk Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks a Senior Consultant to help clients reduce cyber risk and protect critical data. You will design and operate data protection solutions, lead engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to thought leadership in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Requires 4+ years in data protection, strong leadership, and experience with data security tools; travel up to 50% and professional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in data protection and information security.
• 2+ years building data protection strategies, roadmaps and frameworks.
• 2+ years hands-on or architecture-level experience with two or more data protection technologies.
• Experience with tools such as Purview/Cyera/Securiti/Varonis and data security capabilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CCSP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and trusted advisor on data protection needs.
• Design, implement and operate data protection technology and processes.
• Lead engagements and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and support proposal development.
• Stay current on cyber risk, data protection and emerging tech trends.
