Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Cyber Data Protection Senior Consultant to help clients reduce cyber risk, protect critical data, and build resilience. You will lead engagements, design and operate data protection solutions, and mentor teams across multi-disciplinary groups.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, shape data protection roadmaps, and stay current on AI security and privacy trends while delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Required: 4+ years data protection experience incl. DCRM/DRM/IRM and related controls.
• 2+ years developing data protection strategies, roadmaps and frameworks.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with two or more data protection technologies.
• Hands-on with tools like Purview, Cyera, Securiti.ai, Varonis and related capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI security and governance concepts and data protection for AI use cases.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and working with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to assess data protection needs for clients amidst emerging risks.
• Design, implement and operate data protection technology and process solutions.
• Develop requirements, evaluate vendors, architect and operate data protection solutions.
• Lead client engagements and manage timelines, budget, and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing teams and stay current on cyber risk trends.
