Job summary

nDepth Security is seeking a Course Support 1 to support mission-focused cyber training programs. Deliver approved instruction and day-to-day classroom and laboratory support, preserving assessment integrity and escalating technical issues through authorized channels.

Courses operate Monday-Friday with core hours 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. The role requires U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph, located in Hanover, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical/education field with 2 years of experience.
• Or associate’s degree with 4 years; or high school diploma with 6 years.
• Knowledge of virtual hosts/networks, UNIX/Linux and Windows servers, and common programming/scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved classroom and lab instruction aligned with course objectives and pacing.
• Support hands-on exercises without disclosing restricted assessment materials or solutions.
• Complete course preparation and closeout using approved checklists.
• Troubleshoot common student issues within instructor permissions and document outcomes.
• Escalate LMS, platform, and infrastructure defects with reproducible diagnostic evidence.
• Review grading outputs for anomalies and report irregularities or suspected compromise.

Work Schedule

Courses operate Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; contract core hours 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver approved classroom and lab instruction aligned with course objectives and pacing.
• Support hands-on exercises without disclosing restricted assessment materials or solutions.
• Complete course preparation and closeout using approved checklists.
• Troubleshoot common student issues within instructor permissions and document outcomes.
• Escalate LMS, platform, and infrastructure defects with reproducible diagnostic evidence.
• Review grading outputs for anomalies and report irregularities or suspected compromise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical/education field plus 2 years of experience; OR associate’s degree/18 relevant military semester hours plus 4 years; OR high school diploma/GED plus 6 years.
• Alternative: at least 6 months of FORGE/HAMR (CYBR4600) teaching within 2 years; OR certified T50 Exploiter Trainer within 2 years and 5 years of IO/EA experience.
• Knowledge of virtual hosts/networks, UNIX/Linux and Windows servers, and common programming/scripting languages.

Desired Qualifications

• Technical classroom instruction; vSphere/vCenter, Moodle, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate; CNE systems development, testing, operations, or maintenance.
