Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond seeks a Sr. Cyber Assurance Analyst, Finance, to lead ITGC testing and SOC/SOX compliance. You will work with engineers to gather evidence, assess risks, and remediates gaps in security controls across finance systems and ERP.

Onsite role supporting complex audits with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cybersecurity compliance, strong framework knowledge, and excellent cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity compliance, audits or security roles with strong knowledge of security frameworks.
• Experience with control testing, policy development, audits, or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ITGC testing, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOX‑related IT controls, and other audits.
• Partner with engineers to gather, validate, and package evidence for security controls.
• Perform security risk assessments of systems and infrastructure, identify deviations from policy and ITGC requirements.
• Identify gaps in ITGC and compliance, advise on remediation, and drive timely resolution with owners.
• Maintain documentation of controls, risk assessments, and audit artifacts.
• Drive efficiency through data analytics, GRC tooling, automation and process improvement.
• Support third‑party risk management activities including vendor assessments.
• Stay current on evolving information security and IT risk frameworks and practice.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to their development.
