Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to deploy frontier AI models for cybersecurity. You will own technical deliverables, develop AI workflows, and collaborate with client teams to translate use cases into engineering tasks.

You’ll contribute to architecture, testing, and documentation, while working with model providers and researchers to test capabilities and produce delivery playbooks. Travel up to 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with 3–5 years hands-on software engineering and AI/ML deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery; experience deploying frontier AI models or LLM apps for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses; strong security operations background.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production with guidance from leaders.
• Own technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress and risks to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, pair programming, and integration troubleshooting with Consultants.
• Develop demonstrations, proposals, and reusable components; document deployment findings.
