Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact technical solutions to complex national security issues, with a strong focus on space, cyber, and intelligence domains.

The Space and Intelligence Division supports US Space Force, JWAC, and NASA, providing acquisition, cybersecurity, and analysis capabilities for national defense. SPA seeks an Offnet / Proximal Cyber Access SME to join a fast-paced, mission-focused team in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• BS in Cybersecurity / Cyber Exploitation or related discipline.
• Experience with offensive cyber operations or active on-net defensive cyber operations.
• 5+ years of technical and operational leadership at multiple levels.
• Experience briefing senior Government officials.

Responsabilités

• Support a DoW R&D rapid prototyping program and federated team in cyber access development.
• Develop access, discover vulnerabilities, and engineer cyber tools for offensive cyber operations.
• Provide objective information and analysis to support decision making on cyber capability development.
