Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Cyberspace Operations SME to provide onsite support in Alexandria, VA, supporting the Cyber Warfare Directorate with acquisition oversight and IAPR preparation.

The role requires 10+ years in DoD Cyberspace Operations, 5+ years in the Defense Acquisition System, a TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to coordinate SES/GO/FO governance bodies and prepare senior-leader memos and presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with DoD Cyberspace Operations and programs.
• 5+ years of experience with the Defense Acquisition System, with a preference for PMO or PEO expertise
• Experience coordinating SES/GO/FO-level governance boards/working groups
• Well-versed in preparing presentations and info/action memos for senior DoD leadership
• Master's degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, research, analyze, and develop 4-star level Integrated Acquisition Portfolio Reviews (IAPRs).
• Provide onsite support to the Cyber Warfare Directorate, delivering acquisition oversight for critical cyber programs and coordinating governance activities.
