The role requires US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in cybersecurity, and the ability to coordinate with government authorities while managing POA&M and continuous monitoring processes.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance at time of application with ability to obtain SAP clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, RMF, or system accreditation.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity efforts for complex DoD systems.
  • Working knowledge of NIST 800-53, DoD cybersecurity policies, CMMC compliance, and secure architecture practices.
  • Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, security engineering, and cyber risk analysis.
  • Ability to report to designated work location in Colorado Springs, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer.

Cybersecurity Analyst - Junior/Journeyman
Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Analyst serves as a technical leader for cybersecurity, accreditation, and risk‑management activities supporting SEW systems. This role leads complex RMF efforts, directs system security engineering activities, conducts advanced vulnerability assessments, and guides the development of accreditation and continuous monitoring strategies for mission‑critical systems. This position requires the ability to independently interface with government cybersecurity authorities, assess cyber threats relevant to electromagnetic warfare missions, and oversee POA&M execution and system hardening activities.

  • US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance at time of application with ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, RMF, or system accreditation
  • Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity efforts for complex DoD systems
  • Working knowledge of NIST 800 53, DoD cybersecurity policies, CMMC compliance, and secure architecture practices
  • Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, security engineering, and cyber risk analysis
  • Ability to report to designated work location in Colorado Springs, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
About The Desired
  • Experience supporting electromagnetic warfare (EW), RF, or SEW mission systems
  • CISSP, CASP, or comparable advanced cybersecurity certification
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or milCloud)
