Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Platform Consultant to evangelize the Verint Open CCaaS platform to C-suite executives, driving ROI through CX automation and workforce optimization.

The role spans collaboration with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services teams to establish the platform as the customer’s choice, educating customers and partners on Verint DaVinci AI while traveling 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to Seven years' of experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of data ecosystems (CRMs, CDPs, ERPs).
• Architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses (Amazon, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Strong networking abilities and analytical thinking.
• Travel approximately 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a focus on ROI.
• Manage and nurture executive customer relationships through ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of machine learning and data science; articulate Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position Verint Open CCaaS as the platform of choice.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
• Provide insights from data architecture to differentiate Verint's platform.
• Build thought leadership and stay updated on emerging AI trends.
• Deliver content through multiple channels to show value of Verint Open CCaaS.
• Collaborate with Marketing to engage partners and customers.
