Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Customer Experience Delivery Designer to shape support experiences across the full firm journey. You will translate needs of accountants and partner firms into people, process, and technology changes to enable a consistent, high-quality experience.

You will design playbooks, tools, and standards that empower experts and delivery teams to deliver the experience wherever a firm or partner encounters it. Travel is expected approximately quarterly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Intuit experience and knowledge of Intuit products.
• Understanding of accounting workflows or partner ecosystem preferred.
• Demonstrated success designing and launching cross-functional experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of new and improved support experiences for accountants and partners.
• Create customer journeys, service blueprints, and playbooks aligning strategy to delivery.
• Define technology needs with platform and product partners; guide testing and implementation.
• Use feedback and data to identify friction and drive improvements.
• Partner with readiness and delivery teams to translate designs into enablement.
• Develop experiments, evaluate post-launch performance, iterate on designs.
