You will own the customer journey across channels, turning data and insights into effortless experiences that drive business growth.

You’ll build reliable AI workflows, orchestrate multi‑agent frameworks, and mentor teams to apply agentic systems in day‑to‑day work.

Qualifications

• Built reliable agentic AI workflows integrated into design/research processes.
• Experience designing CX across multiple touchpoints (3+ years).
• Experience leading CX design trainings and facilitating leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX initiatives across cross‑functional teams from launch to optimization.
• Develop omnichannel CX strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and run AI-powered workflows to automate CX work (research synthesis, personas, journeys).
• Apply advanced research methods and journey mapping to uncover insights.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ideate and co-create solutions.
• Establish and analyze metrics and trends to drive growth.
