Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, required (Master’s preferred). CPA or equivalent certification highly valued.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting (Big Four or Next Ten) or a mix of public and industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on accounting support and take on critical roles such as interim senior accountant, interim accounting manager, and interim M&A specialist.
• Perform and review journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Lead accounting workflow improvements, ensure compliance, review reconciliations and entries, and support due diligence during M&A transactions.
