Job summary

Precision Collective is seeking an experienced CWMD Operational Requirements Planner to support the DTRA R&D Directorate at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The role centers on translating warfighter gaps into actionable roadmaps and coordinating JUONs/JEONs across CCMDs and services. The successful candidate will guide planning for hardened and deeply buried target defeat capabilities, while dedicating 10–15% of time to chem/bio Directorate support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (any field).
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in military operational planning, requirements development, or defense staff operations.
• Extensive DoD or joint-service experience at operational/strategic level, including Joint Staff, GCCs, Service Components, or DTRA.
• Strong understanding of JSAP, JCIDS/JFRP, or Urgent Capability Acquisition (DoDI 5000.81).
• Familiarity with PPBE process.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate JUONs/JEONs to meet regional CCMD needs.
• Track progress of urgent requirements through approval pipeline with Joint Staff (J-8), CCMD planners, JRAC.
• Translate technical information into clear programmatic and fiscal documentation.
