Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Account Manager (CWI) to lead sales efforts for Completions & Wellbore Intervention. You will defend safety and quality standards, develop key customer relationships, and close profitable deals while coordinating with operations to ensure delivery and payment.

This full-time role emphasizes strategic account management, pipeline reporting, and forecasting to support revenue plans in a dynamic oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• Defend safety and quality performance by anticipating customer needs and ensuring standards during rapid response.
• Close profitable business to meet revenue and margin plans despite risks.
• Develop strong customer relationships to understand needs, influence decisions, and drive results.
• Propose technical solutions for customer applications and stay engaged through delivery to payment.
• Report activity pipeline to quantify industry spend and Baker Hughes share.
• Maintain accurate forecast of activity to support operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Defend safety & quality performance upon which the Baker Hughes brand is built by anticipating customer needs & affirming adherence to standards when rapid response is required.
• Closing sufficient profitable business to assure revenue/margin plan is achieved despite activity & delivery risks
• Developing strong personal relationships to understand customer needs, influence decisions, & drive results to improve their business
• Proposing technical solutions to customer specific applications & remain engaged through successful execution to payment
• Reporting the activity pipeline for your accounts to support quantifying industry spend & Baker Hughes share/plan
• Maintaining an accurate forecast of activity to operations for equipment & capacity planning purposes
