Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent with advanced education).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience synthesizing concise summaries focused on the key insights that inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline and BD strategy through analytics-driven asset assessments, portfolio prioritization, and strategic decision support.
• Strong results orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, key questions, and priorities, and ensure alignment with project objectives and analytic lead direction.
• Perform custom analyses by applying appropriate analytic techniques to address business challenges.
• Take an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with broader organization; focus on outcomes that provide most business and patient value.
• Contribute to continuous organizational improvement by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for automation, and enhancing the efficiency and impact of analytics and insights workflows.
• Play an active role in the adoption of analytical products by staying up to date on the product roadmap, participating in training, user testing, (as needed), and providing constructive feedback to ensure products are integrated into workflows.
• Advise stakeholders to define clear, impactful business priorities, and develop action plans.
• Develop strategic options and recommendations by synthesizing findings, connecting insights across therapeutic areas, ecosystems, or analytic domains, and aligning them with organizational goals.
