Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Field Analytics & Insights Sr. Manager to deliver data-driven insights guiding field leadership decisions across CMG.

You will collaborate with Customer Engagement and other leaders to align analytical workstreams with strategic priorities and embed analytics into workflows. With 5+ years in analytics or strategy, you will influence senior leaders, translate strategic vision to actionable insights, and lead cross-functional teams to drive patient and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in analytics, strategy or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders to define high-impact business priorities and action plans.
• Guide leadership to data-driven decisions, strategies, and tactics.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable analytics workstreams.
• Embed analytics products into workflows and support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead ongoing development of analytics capabilities and best practices.
